BabyBells is a rebuild program designed to reintroduce Mams to exercise postnatally in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are structured so that Mams can bring their babies along while they exercise. We create a relaxed environment where Mams can feed and tend to their baby when needed.

You must be 6 weeks post natural delivery or 12 weeks post C section to part-take in the course. 'Return to Exercise' medical clearance from a doctor is required. We recommend that you attend a Women's Health Physiotherapist before joining the course.
The course runs every Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 4-6 week blocks.
Coach Maebh is a registered nurse and is a mother of 2. She is a personal trainer who has done specialist training in pre and postnatal fitness. Maebh feels passionately womens' health and postnatal fitness. Throughout the BabyBells programme Maebh aims to inform Mams on how to best regain their functional movement, strength and fitness after having a baby.
