I have been involved in fitness and health since 2011 as a group class coach, Personal Trainer, and Myofascial Therapist. My areas of expertise include corrective exercises, strength training, and preparation for sports. I'm overseeing our seniors Programme (over 55s) I have a huge amount of experience and passion for pain-free, functional training. I'm always developing and am currently studying on the BSc pathway at Setanta college.
I love coaching and helping people. As the fitness industry like the healthcare system, we are helping people's quality of life. People's life is busy and most people are not moving they have a poor lifestyle. we need to help them get stronger and feel better. This will help daily activities to make them easy.
